TouchNet MFA
Starting Fall 2024 TouchNet who manages our Billing and Payment systems as well as our OneWeb services will be implementing a MFA (Multi Factor Authentication)
Due to this new implementation you will be required to identify yourself with a one-time password received via email, SMS, or a mobile
app each time you log in to a TouchNet system.
If you do not have a security profile, you will be prompted to create a
profile and enroll in MFA upon login.
Step One: Creating a Multi-Factor Authentication profile to receive codes to login
Once this feature is enabled, the user will be required to create their MFA profile at the next login. Once
username and password are entered, the user will be directed to a page to select from the following
options:
A. Authenticator Application- This is the most secure option and the preferred method to use.
Examples are google authenticator and Microsoft authenticator. These apps can be downloaded
from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
B. Text Message - A mobile phone number will be entered to receive passcodes to login.
C. Email address - An email address will be entered to receive passcodes to login.
If you are still having trouble logging please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Please keep in mind TouchNet is an external system and we may need to redirect your issue to them if we are not able to assist.
Step Two: Enter the passcode and select verify
Step Three: When the passcode is verified, select continue to access the account.
