MMC Connect Troubleshooting

To access MMC Connect it is best to navigate to it directly from the MMM website at mmm.edu/students and selecting the purple MMC Connect button rather than using a bookmark.

When signing into MMC Connect you must use your current OneLogin credentials after clicking the Log In button on the top right, do not select Guests. Keep in mind MMC Connect requires your username to be all lowercase and not include the @mmm.edu part of your username. Your password will remain the same.

Additionally, when you change your OneLogin password this will not automatically update your autofill password for MMC Connect because while they both use the same credentials they are different websites. Be sure to update your autofill password for mmm.edu alongside mmcny.onelogin.com / onelogin.com to ensure your passwords match. It is best to sign into MMC Connect by typing out your credentials rather than autofill to avoid sign in failures.
