Reset Operator PWD
How to reset operator password.
Step 1: Log in to TouchNet VIP Operator Login
Step 2: Navigate to System > Maintenance > Operators in the left hand menu columns
Step 3: Select Edit Operator and search for username
Step 4: Select Password Settings and change to temporary password.
Step 5: Ensure to switch the toggle "Force new password on next login" and that the "Locked" toggle is not switched. Save.
