How to set up and user Jabber

Mac Window

1. Log into Jabber with

your MMC

Credentials. Note: this

password will not

automatically update

after OneLogin

password expiration/

change.

2. Click Continue/OK to

verify certificate.

3. You may be prompted

to trust a certificate.

This may happen up

to 3 times, allow for

all. Click accept and

log in with your

computer credentials

to allow if prompted.

4. A voicemail prompt

may pop up. This

feature is unavailable

and can be dismissed

by hitting cancel if

prompted. To access

voicemail dial

ext.2000.

5. Microphone settings

can be accessed via

the Audio Settings

tab.

6. MacOS may require

you to allow access to

Screen Recording in

System Preferences/

Settings if using this

feature.
