OneLogin Protect MFA App Troubleshooting
When using the Protect app for authentication for another mobile app such as MMC Engage or Brightspace, the log in screen cannot be left or the session will sign out for security purposes.
To authenticate with Protect on the same mobile device ensure notifications are turned on so the notification can be slid down or long pressed to show the accept button while still on the log in screen.
