Adobe: How to Download and Install CC Applications
How to Login and Install Adobe Creative Cloud Applications.
Before you begin, please make sure you have a MMC Adobe License assigned to you. If you don’t have license or are not sure, please contact usersupport@mmm.edu. Also make sure you have signed out of ALL adobe applications and are not signed in with your personal Adobe account.
Step 1:
Go to www.Adobe.com, click sign in, then login with MMC credentials.

Step 2:
When redirected to OneLogin, Log in with your MMC credentials.
Step 3:
Click on open Creative Cloud.
Step 4:
To download any Creative Cloud software, press download.
Step 5:
Allow the website to download the software from the Creative Cloud website.
Step 6:
Follow the prompts to download the software.
- Double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
- On successful installation, the Creative Cloud desktop app launches at the same time as your Creative Cloud app.
- To install more apps, click Install for the app in the Creative Cloud desktop app.

What should I do if the installation is stuck?

Why is my purchased subscription appearing in trial mode?
Sign out and then sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app. If the issue still persists, see Stop Creative Cloud from showing trial mode after purchase.
How can I deactivate Creative Cloud on an old computer that I can't access?
Deactivation disconnects your apps from a specific computer, and lets you run them on another computer. You can sign out (or deactivate) using your Adobe accounts page.
