RE: Installing Jabber (VOIP Phone)

STEP 1: Schedule installation with MMC Tech Support or on Mac Navigate to the MMC Self Service Application, on Mac this will look like the MMC Logo in the Dock. Self Service can also be found in the Applications folder. Once in Self Service search for Jabber. Click Install to install Jabber.

Note: If a Self Service application was already installed it will say Update instead.

STEP 2: To sign-In to Jabber use your MMC Credentials email and password.

STEP 3: Log in — Jabber will connect your MMC telephone number and voicemail.
